One of the best Taco Bell locations I’ve been and a few times recently! The food quality is good, the service was excellent, and store was clean. I went prior to busy lunch rush and did mobile and in person carry out orders! They get extremely busy in the nice area of the business park of Vista near Carlsbad as well! I ordered customized chicken and veg items and some special limited edition items as well. The Mexican Pizza, nachos, Chalupas, different types of chicken burritos, veg black bean tacos, etc. are my favorites.

Customer service was lacking! The worst experience during this last visit. 40 minute wait on an online order. Very frustrating to see the staff “hanging around” while my order was lost in the system.

My first time here. The Nachos bell is very delicious, the chips is very crunchy and fresh pico de gallo. The drive-thru service is bad. The person in the drive-thru is rude. Say hello and the person never answer me. I give my order, I said ” thank you very much” and he did not answer and closed the window….

They are still getting orders wrong. Thought I would try this location by work again. Ordered the chalupa box, missing the little desserts, no burrito, two plain tacos and some kind of cheddar chalupa not the regular one. I don’t know what is going on there but don’t waste your money!

I normally try to not rate fast food restaurants because the experience varies so much based on location and staffing but this one was one of the worst.

Good location that is clean and has friendly staff. The girl who brought me my food apologized for the wait but I was just excited they were actually having to cook my order so it was fresh. The breakfast burritos are good for the price and beat out other fast food restaurants.

I love Taco Bell, but this is the worst location. I just did drive thru tonight. It was an HOUR in the drive thru line. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant, ordered, ate, and been home in the time I sat in the drive thru. Normally, I would excuse if they say sorry, or give some free item. They did nothing. No “thanks for your patience” or “we’re sorry it’s taking so long” or “Here’s a free item for your wait” It was literally asking for payment… wait another 10 minutes and then here’s your food. I’ve gone to this Taco bell off and on for 10 years. This is the last time I will frequent this location. Their poor service is unacceptable, and this is not the first time.

This location has really improved a lot over the past year. I wish I could give it five stars considering this, BUT Taco Bell’s prices have really shot up. I would say more than other fast food chains, even. Weirdly, if you go to get taco bell in Escondido it’s much cheaper. I swear, the prices used to be more uniform across the board. But in all good conscious, I can’t give a place a full 5 stars when the value isn’t entirely there.

Went here at just after 12:00 noon. Sign on side window says “Dine in open, Come on in.” Both doors are locked. No sign explaining the reason at the door. Covid is no longer an excuse for closing your dining room. It’s been over 2 years. You’re short on employees? Well, hire more. The message this sends to me is, You don’t want my business. Since this is at least the third time this has happened, I’ll just go eat somewhere else and never come back. ✌️
