For fast food this place is as good as it gets for Mexican – WAYYYY better than Taco Bell! There were 3-4 young people working when I stopped with my daughter and they were extremely respectful, kind, polite, etc – they restored my confidence in this generation a bit… food was very tasty and restaurant was very clean. Only gave 4 stars because it is a bit on the pricey side – around $5 for a regular hard shell beef supreme taco….

The window girl was lovely. Friendly & sweet. I got drive through on my trip home to Colorado from Washington. Taco Time is av long time favorite of mine & I get it whenever in Washington. I was thrilled to see it on the info signs off the hwy in WY & pulled into Rock Springs. However, the food was nothing like the Taco Time I’m accustomed to. The crispy beef burrito had an off taste to it and the mexi-fries were soggy & stale tasting.

I go to Taco Time for Surf City Squeeze smoothies I know the founder and owner of the company from San Diego and when I saw it in Rock Springs I just had to go I love those drinks they are absolutely delicious I have tried every single one on the menu and by far my favorite is the bee stinger and second strawberry banana I recommend going into taco time and try and Surf City Squeeze drinks they have a vast variety to choose from and you won’t be disappointed in the taste of most any of them I have yet to order any food from this restaurant but it always looks clean the bathroom is clean the service is friendly and very polite every time I go to Rock Springs I visit the store and I recommend you visit as well as a matter of fact I live in Rawlins Wyoming and travel all the way to Rock Springs on occasion just to go to Taco Time to get one of my Surf City Squeeze drinks that’s how good they are no other reason to go that far of a distance except to get one of my drinks I have shopped at Surf City Squeeze in San Diego for years and was overwhelmed with joy when I found my favorite drink all the way out here in Wyoming if I had the money I would open up my own Surf City Squeeze just so I can learn the secret recipe for the base that goes into their drink I’ve tried to figure it out for years and I’ve come semi close and I won’t divulge the secret but it still doesn’t compare to the real thing if I’ve said it once I’ll say it a thousand more times go and visit Taco Time to get one of the Surf City Squeeze drinks you won’t be disappointed on a side note they have quarter vending machines with Pokémon novelty items I keep trying to collect them all but it seems like I’m going to have to buy the entire display just to get different ones that I want steal money worth spent so if you like Pokemon their mini Pokemon characters are super cool they come inside of a mini Pokemon ball your kids will love them and they will love the Surf City Squeeze drinks I promise you don’t forget to ask for a frequent buyer card and get a stamp after your 9th drink your 10th one is free yet another reason to love going on a personal note I’ve had a total of 19 cards fully filled out just so that when I’m broke I can go in and get one of my favorite drinks for free and never have to worry about not being able to buy one ………. enjoy

I’m a big fan of the chicken ranchero, but these guys are slow as molasses and overpriced for mediocre fast food. Homeboy behind the counter was sweatin me over 5 hot sauce packets after payin $16 dollars for a chicken burrito. Will not be dining here anymore….Unless you’re buyin!
