My wife and I just had a great experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Our Server, Taylor, was amazing to say the least. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. She was very informative and made menu suggestions. She even brought us a sample of a Peach Sangria. Unaware that it was Happy Hour she brought us the Happy Hour special without us asking. Our food was on time from the bread, appetizer, main course and desert. We are definitely coming back. The entire staff was simply wonderful. The dining area was warm and not loud as some restaurants usually are. And an extra desert to boot!

Our waiter Justin was great, you could tell they had been open only a few days as he had to check a few things but he was straight back with an answer, (nothing better than seeing that the staff can ask when they don’t have an automatic answer!) Came back to a wonderful experience. My husband and I sat at the bar and Mady took great care of us. She was friendly and engaging. The food was top-notch and we brought some home. The Manager, Robert Samuels, talked to us for awhile and really cared about the restaurant and all the customers, which is a breath of fresh air. We need more restaurants they actually care about the customer experience and take the extra time to say Hi and ask you about your meal and experience. And actually listen to the answers. Keep up the good work.

Tried the Wine Pairing Dinner event Carrabba’s in Wesley Chapel and it was awesome! This was a totally different dining experience than your normal just walk in the door and grab a table experience. The menu was planned in advance and was served with different wines from Caymus Vineyards. The food was delicious. About 70 people attended and one lucky person received a bottle of wine to take home. This was an elevated experience but not stuffy – had a great time. Next up is the Feast of the 7 fishes – which I’ve always wanted to do but seemed like a lot of work – now I can just go and enjoy!
