Do not come here for anything other than drinks. Food is trash. Customer service is nonexistent. 35 minute wait for incorrect order. No straws. No forks. Grease tasted burnt and chicken overcooked

I just had the worst experience at this location. I recently had surgery and as a result my voice was affected so that I speak more softly. I was at the speaker for a long time. She said go ahead with your order and I did. No response. My son tried to order assuming she couldn’t hear me. No response. When the gap in the line got so big that there was only 1 car at the window I pulled up. I checked the app while I was waiting to see if I could do that. It says “temporarily disabled at this location.” At the window, I asked if she had gotten my order. She said no. Then she yelled at me that she was the only cashier. I said I wasn’t upset I just wanted to place my order. She leaned out the window to yell that I had to go back through the line if I wanted to place an order. I have never been treated so rudely by a cashier.

What’s the point of placing an online order if you still have to wait 20 minutes in line to get your food? You place an online order then pull up to the stall and check in, just to be told you have to go through the line and get your food cold. Thought it was just coincidence 1 or 2 times before but it’s only this Sonic. This particular time they only gave me half of my order because they were out of cheeseburgers and as I mentioned above it was cold already. Not sure if this place is under new management or what but they have been going downhill for some time now. Too many other options in town to waste time or money here.

The food and service is great any time except the morning hours. Most mornings you cannot get breakfast because there is only 1 person working and that person has to get everything up and running and they don’t start work until 9. They really need to hire more help. The franchise manager must not check on their business.

This is the 2nd time we have sat and waited and waited for someone to take our order, until the red button resets. but the drive-through just keeps moving. They don’t care about their drive in customers.

When you have one vehicle at the window, please do not make the next customer wait at the speaker 3 1/2 minutes for a greeting. And then I find out that you all do not have half-price drinks. SMH. Just lazy.

We stopped by on a Tuesday for half-price burgers for our giant family as we passed through Americus on the way home. We customized the burgers in the app, and of course everyone likes something a little different. We ordered 8 burgers and 5 corn dogs. Not only was the food prepared quickly, but also perfectly, even with the extra modifications. Not only that, but Kenny brought our food out to us LABELED with a marker so we’d know which burger was which! Above and beyond! Cannot overstate how pleasantly surprised we were by the care and precision of our complicated order! We wish this was our home Sonic (which doesn’t hold a candle to the service we received here). Well done!!! Glad we stopped by!

I went here for lunch today because I wanted their awesome #2. That burger beats any Burger King burger any day. I pulled up to one teller, it was down. I went to #16, and someone else’s order was popping up on my screen. I pressed the red button to order,and to let them know that was not my order. But, no one came on. As I was backing up to go to another, someone came out to take my order. She let me knew what was going on. She took my order, and said she’d be back out. I was waiting patiently. 20-25 minutes passed. Surely I should have had my order by now. I pressed the red button again. She said someone will be with me shortly. Shecame back on to take my order. I told her that I placed an order over 20 minutes ago. She apologized, and said she took my order, but forgot to put it in, and to give her a few minutes. I told her to disregard the order because I only get 30 minutes for lunch. I was already late getting back to the office. I’ve been at work since 6:40, I’m hungry, but now I will have to wait until I get off to eat.

We had lunch and it tasted pretty fresh off the grill. Which is what we all deserve . Service was slow but as everyone knows they need help and the ones that are working were kind friendly and quick as they could be. So overall experience is a good job to them. Would recommend.At least give them a chance.
