Good gosh, how hard is the order, 1 chocolate long john and TWO male long johns. They fill the bag with their back to you hiding what they are doing and when you get to the destination, you find two chocolate and ONE maple. Geez!! Public school education is a wonder. Ordered Cup o Joe x 3, 24 hours in advance for pick up at 11am Saturday 5-20-23. When I arrived no one acknowledged me for a while. When they did finally see me, they said “oh ya, we saw that order. It wasn’t made. I was early, the order wasn’t complete until 11:20 am. When I got to the Celebration of life and set the coffee up there were no creamers.

They don’t even deserve a star. I went bowling with my family at Sam’s Town and decided to get donuts for breakfast. Waited in line for a good 30min…the gentleman and his child were served but I was still waiting I noticed they have a kiosk to take your order but you need a debit card to pay I only had cash still waiting in line to be served thinking maybe one of the girls would realize that I was still in line and asked me what I wanted NOTHING they served everyone off the kiosk and IGNORED ME SO I LEFT WITH NO DONUTS FOR MY FAMILY. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Absolutely horrible service. It’s 5:15pm on January 6th, 2023 and I’m just a bit tired of paying for a hot coffee to get a ice cold coffee. I asked the gentleman to remake my coffee and he refused, I asked for a refund and he refused. Absolutely unacceptable, my family has been coming to this location for 5 going on 6 years and have never had such ridiculously horrible service. Everytime I order a coffee it is always cold, ice cold and I always have to get it remade or ask for a fresh pot and normally it’s never an issue. Until tonight.
