I went here a few weeks ago on a Saturday evening and this was how the food was displayed. I was absolutely disgusted.. I have never seen such horrible and unsanitized Qdoba.. There were no other patrons in the restaurant when we arrived. This looks like there was no clean up all day long…I wonder what would’ve happened if the Health Department did a pop up visit

This was one of the more disappointing takeout experiences I’ve had. I ordered online for pickup scheduled 30 minutes later at 5:15pm. I arrived at about 5:10pm and upon entering the store was immediately disgusted. The store clearly hadn’t been cleaned as there was food all over the floor along with trash and debris strewn about. As I waited, I counted 6 employees while one of the employees had their child riding a scooter around the store. While waiting other patrons came in, ordered, and left all while my pickup time had come and gone. I waited about 20 minutes (5:30pm) until even being acknowledged, as I had been standing near the counter with my 1 year old in my arms. I was finally asked who I was, I gave them my name, and they again didn’t acknowledge my response and went about conversing with each other and casually going about their business. Throughout my time waiting, the staff spent more time conversing with each other and avoiding the work that clearly needed to be done. At 5:40pm I was handed a bag of food with not one word from the associate that handed it to me. The chips in the order were old and stale, and the disarray and sloppiness of the food preparation station left me feeling uneasy about the food. With the number of employees working there should have been no reason my order wasn’t ready; that coupled with the condition and lack of cleanliness throughout the restaurant and food prep area made for a rather unpleasant experience.

Went for dinner and was shocked at how disgusting this Qdoba is. Filth everywhere. The line was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. The lobby was a mess. The cook and store manager were on their phones in the back while the 4 employees on the line struggled to keep up. They were out of white rice, black beans, hard taco shells, pico, cheese, guac, cilantro and jalapeños. The owners of Qdoba, the regional manager and the store manager should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. Good thing there are Chipotles popping up all over the place. If you’re lucky enough to read this before going, do yourself a favor: go anywhere else.

They forgot an item in our pickup order then claimed “oh you can just come pick it up whenever” when we got home and called because we realized it was missing. Well, it’s too late for that, and lots of people picking up a quick lunch order have things to get back to. They refused to deliver it to make up for their mistake. No resolution. Now my younger brother does not have anything to eat for lunch, after spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to figure out the menu from the online site which is very hard to follow. They also messed up other items in the order that we did receive. Terrible employees and customer service. Will be filing a claim for this problem. Worst Q location

This used to be the absolute best location…ordered for pickup tonight and my burrito bowl is missing half of the ingredients I ordered. Kind of baffling. Really sucks because the other closest location is Grafton and for a quick healthy dinner I always relied on the fox point restaurant. Chips were ok but tasted a bit stale. After seeing other recent reviews I’m hesitant to eat what I even have here. Hopefully corporate will start actually doing something and this location can get back to being the way it used to be.

Least favorite location. Poor housekeeping and dirty food holding station. Food temperature should be inspected more regularly and staff, including shift management should learn not to treat every customer as a guest and learn to wrap a burrito. No need to rush when there is no line. Doomed to be.
