Typically my favorite taco truck and honestly the only one my family and I have been going to for years. However, the street tacos that we have always gotten are beginning to be more disappointing than not. Shells are almost always soggy and falling apart, barley any meat (especially on the Wednesday taco discount day) which I guess one might expect, but when I am paying $65 for 15 tacos on a regular day I expect there to be a decent amount of meat at the very least.

Insane. Delightful. Cheesy and greasy and hot. A taco full of wonderful things like meat, cheese, onions, radishes, Guac, jalapeños, and hot sauce. Get these taco bombs (the name is do appropo) and the consome. It’s finger lickin’ good. The birria, the asada, and the pollo were all outstanding.

This place really packs the flavor! The bomb tacos are a must have I get them every time. Filled with your choice of meat, they add cheese and guacamole. The tortillas have a nice sear on the outside and the meat and cheese make it nice and soft on the inside. Bomb tacos come with a side of pickled cucumber salad, grilled onions and fried jalapeño. They offer a variety of salsas that are very tasty. I will say I’m not a fan of the “Agua Frescas” as they are made corn syrup and not real fruit so they are extremely sweet and not to my liking. Other than that everything else I have had food wise is delicious.

By far the BEST Mexican food I’ve had since I’ve left California! Absolutely delicious. Got the California burro… Phenomenal. The pickled onion/jalapeno/cucumber salad that came with it was soooo good. Will definitely be back!

Stacks has amazing burrito and bomb tacos, among other things. They go beyond the basics with great salsas, sides and infused dishes.

I always go here for the “Bomb Tacos” and they are so delicious! Their aguas frescas and salsas are also so yummy! Never had a problem with any of our orders. Their bomb tacos are served with guacamole and onions and chile on the side! I do wish they had some more covered seating in this hot weather!

We got 2 birria, 2 carne asada, and 2 adobada bomb tacos and were blown away. The meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful, the tortillas were crispy and held together with melted cheese, the pickled radishes, cucumber, and onion were delicious, and the roasted jalapeño brought it all home.

The asada bomb tacos are fabulous every time, and the loaded fries are the ultimate comfort food. This place is one of my favorite guilty pleasures.

Okay I’m very very very late onto my review but I have to say, for one, these guys deserve every single star I can give. Second, the customer service is amazing. Knowing the owner and most of the crew members I’m very happy they are the owners of this amazing taco truck. Third, their tacos are the best I have ever had in town! Tacos Garcia is my number two. I have had Tacos Esperanza which are overpriced, Juniors Tacos which are not bad I live down the street, Esperanza #2 which is not too bad either, Tacos Tiscareño which was my childhood taco truck, Tacos Palomino, El Nuevo Amanecer, Jocho’s Tacos, Tacos El Marino which was my favorite in the Flea Market, Chayito’s which was near Mid-Columbia Grocery, Doñitas Tacos, Tacos Jalisco, Mr. Taco which I will never go to again. Tacos El Gordo in Vegas. So many more taco trucks and places I can’t name at the top of my head.
