I’ve consistently had issues with this location over the last year. If they manage to make your pizza correctly (they often don’t; wrong toppings, wrong sauce, wrong size, etc.), then the delivery drivers will surely dump your pizza upside down in transit or take it to the wrong house. And judging by the reviews left here, Domino’s might want to think about doing a total rehaul of this location.

After completely messing up our order, we were given a credit. We tried to use the credit the next weekend, but they never answered because they supposedly closed early that night. We tried to use the credit a few days later and we’re told that we couldn’t because the credit was only good for one week. We will NEVER use Domino’s again. After years of eating with them every week. You screwed up Domino’s.

Came to this Domino’s kind of on a limb while we were passing through on our way to Boise from Utah. BBIG shout-out to BOBBY for a delightful conversation and professional and friendly service. Abby at the cash register was helpful and friendly as well. Honestly this was the nicest Domino’s location and overall Domino’s EXPERIENCE I’ve ever been to and had. I placed a pickup order. The tracker said it was ready. The two minute timer had been stopped, but I hadn’t received my pizza. I waited a couple of minutes before going in only to find out they forgot to make part of my order. No one really even acknowledged me, gave me a time estimate or an apology. Went back out to my car to wait while they finished the order. Went back in about 10 minutes later to find out they had to restart the whole order. While watching the employees it seemed no one had a sense of urgency or even cared about how long I had been waiting. Order said it was ready at 5:34. I finally received it at 5:54.

Extremely slow and the staff is not bright. I went inside to pick up my order, since the app said it was ready and when I went inside, they said it wasn’t ready. I waited 5 minutes and still nothing so I asked how long they thought it would take, they got all defensive and said they “didn’t know, but it isn’t ready now”. I told them I was notified that it was ready, and then waited another 35 MINUTES. Finally the food was ready, I only knew cause I went up to them and asked AGAIN. We checked the food, and one of our pizzas was flipped upsidedown and one of our hot wings were bone-in when we ordered boneless. (We only ordered 2 pizzas and 2 wings) please tell us why it took 40 minutes LONGER after it said it was ready? It wasn’t very busy. Is it really that hard to make mediocre pizza?

I got one of the pastas and it came with no sauce on it 🙁 it was literally bone dry (noodles, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes). It was supposed to have Alfredo sauce and no such luck. The staff is always very nice but this is the second time I’ve gotten pasta that wasn’t finished. The pizza was great though.
