This has to be the worst dunkins locations out of them all lol. I mean when it at the drive thru. They don’t say anything for many minutes (like 5+). Then by the time u decide to drive off they look at the window. No other dunkins is as bad as this one

Went inside because the drive thru was 10 cars deep, ordered 2 medium hot coffees. Waited 20 mins in waiting area then had to go ask if they were going to be made. I was handed an iced coffee which I didn’t order, the worker remade it to a hot coffee and it was suppose to be caramel swirl cream only. It was Black, never waited for the second one and told your business to keep it. This location sucks, the woman who appeared to be the manager was not willing to help the front end worker make coffees and when I asked for my order she had 10 stickers of people’s orders who were all waiting behind me. Great business model, take orders and payment then ignore making the order hoping they leave. Why do I keep giving Dunkins any business????

Everytime I come to this location, there is usually something wrong with my order!, Whether it’s my coffee (not made right), or my 12 dozen donuts(not the right donuts) it’s always something! My coffee order is a large ice regular w/ blueberry flavor! Way easier then some of these other drinks they make!!

Sat in drive thru for over 35 minutes. Cars were leaving and beeping there horns . Service was slow and to top it off I had to go back because I order a ham and cheese on a English muffin and they gave me just a cheese. How incompetent and I told them again at the window because they only gave me my Donut and told me ( have a nice day) I said , u guys forgot my two sandwiches, they told me we don’t have sourdough, and I told them just put it on English muffin. Terrible because now I been sitting for over 15 minutes and just halfway Thur the line . This is totally not how I wanted to spend my morning

This Dunkin’s was the most chaotic one I’ve ever been to. The service was horrible. Ordered 3 drinks and some breakfast sandwiches and I waited 30 mins to get my whole order. I stood there and watched as no one made the order but they kept taking order after order. One of the employees was so rude. She told someone she would be right with them and then ignored them and took other people’s orders. On top of all that I didn’t even get my whole order even though they said it was all there, should’ve checked the order before I left. They need better organization. Will never be going to that Dunkin’s again.

Takes forever to get a coffee. They are very understaffed. I’ve seen them closed at 5:00 p.m. before. They keep it clean and can’t complain about the product.
