My husband and I both order the chicken parmesan, and none of us could eat it. The chicken tasted like the cheap frozen chicken, you know the parts you wouldn’t want to eat. The spaghetti was the only thing that tasted okay, if it wasn’t for the tomato sauce. I had tomato sauce from the cans before, now while that was just okay, this sauce was even worse. My husband and I never thrown out food before, well there’s always the first time. They definitely need to improve the quality of their ingredients. It doesn’t matter how good of a cook who are, if the stuff you’re cooking with are the worst. Surprisingly this wasn’t even that cheap, for what tasted like a bad school lunch.

Waited over an hour for a pie. Why? Because they forgot to turn the oven on! We only found out because we asked how much longer after waiting 30 minutes. They make you pay upfront or else we would’ve left.

Was a little disappointed. Giving three stars instead of two or one because, hey, it’s a shopping mall food court pizza place.

I wanted a lasagna for $13.99 but the older white lady told me it would be a 10 minute wait. I was fine with that but then she said zita ($11.99) + meatballs would be the same ingredients but in another shape. I’m not wasteful and love the earth so I decided why not? Spaghetti was $10.99 and spag+meatballs was $12.99 so I expected it to be around the same, but I was shocked when my bill came to $19.something. She said “meatballs were extra” which I get but $6 extra?? They are not the same if this is so much more. I find her disingenuous and when I asked for the breakdown she said “it would be on the receipt” but never offered the receipt. So slimy and dishonest. Food was decent, about the same level as grocery frozen.

The employees forgot about my pizza and I had to remind them. They handed me a burnt slice of pizza. I asked them to remake it and they ignored me. On top of that the pizza wasn’t even good and expensive on top of that. Works not recommend eating here.

This place was terrible if you were getting anything other than pizza or gyros. An Italian hoagie with everything, and this is their version of “oil, vinegar, oregano”. 2 small spots of vinegar. No oil, no oregano. I had to ask for new mayo packets, the ones in the bin were covered in something nasty and crusted. I’m pretty sure it was moldy also. My daughter got chicken tenders and fries. 4 people behind me got their gyros and fries before I even got her food. Then my child proceeded to tell me that her tenders are hot, but her fries were ice cold.

The worst place I’ve ever ate at. I’ve dealt with bad experiences at restaurants but not the kind where it makes me vomit. Prices are way too high and it takes forever for your food to be ready. Save your money and eat at a food chain. I wish I saw these reviews first…

This restaurant is disgusting. The staff dress like it’s a strip club. Pizza was cold and soggy. The place looks like it’s out of a 1990 airport. Thankfully there are a bunch of food trucks at the mall. I was able to get something I could eat. Mall should close this pizza place immediately. Don’t eat here unless you want to spend you shopping trip in the bathroom.

After we ordered are wings and we sat down we could see the elderly lady arranging the pizza with no gloves and eating pieces off the pizza and touching her face from time to time as well as handling money. No care in the world about who saw her, if you don’t believe these reviews then just take a moment to look as you decide which one of these places you want to eat at, i am sure you will see the lady eating off the pizza.

This place is honestly really bad, probably the worst Italian I’ve ever had. The pizza looked and tasted like cardboard, cold and dry. The grilled chicken sandwich was cold and extremely bland. The Chicken Parmesan was bitter and the chicken was soggy.
