Firstly, there’s a Durango Joe’s very close, go there. I went through the drive-thru on a hot day trying to order iced coffee. Due to dietary restrictions I ordered coffee for myself and my partner with alternative milk. I was charged $3.50 for 2 splashes of almond milk, a full $0.11 higher than the price of a large iced coffee. There was no one in the drive-thru or in the store and it took over 10 minutes to receive the coffee.

One star is being very generous for this Dunkin. I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee with no added sugar and cream, and received the most disgustingly- sweet, syrup-driven drink that was almost Impossible to consume. After one sip, I returned to the store to see if I could simply get a new one made without any syrup to exchange… long story short, they wouldn’t make me a replacement without paying more money. This place is a joke, and there’s definitely a reason why it’s at a 2 star status.

It hurts me to do this because I love Dunkin… Anywhere but here. I’ve given this Dunkin so many chances the few months that I’ve been here, but they just cannot get it right. Today, after waiting over an hour, I was given a medium hazelnut iced coffee instead of the large vanilla blueberry iced coffee that ordered. I was told they were out of large cups and sent me on my way with no refund or offer to make it right. Last straw for me.

Never have donuts, never make my coffee correctly, any food thats supposed to be warm is always cold and I am always waiting a crazy amount of time to order my food and again to receiveit. Poor management and I have heard stuff that should have this store closed, but for some reason they have managed to survive. Its disappointing seeing a brand new place being treated so poorly. Being franchise I hope they start to care about this place before someone points out how poorly this place is cleaned and maintained. I always warn people not to go here and am disappointed I gave them as many chances as I did.

Traveling through the area and was obsessed with getting some good donuts! Greeted by a lovely, cheerful worker and she got us everything we needed. Everything was fresh and really good. The store was immaculately cleaned and everything in stock.

My family and I came here to get some food, walking in no one greeted us at all. We stood at the register for 15 minutes without exaggeration and nobody even came over to take our order or even look us in the eye. We saw one girl running the drive through and another that was disappearing in the back and never got any service. Not even a ” we will be right with you.” We all walked out at 11:18 AM, Sunday August 13th and went next door if you’d like to verify with camera footage. Horrible. They didn’t even care that customers were walking out.

i come in often and most times i come in is at 8am before the rush and not a soul is there working. i order on the app, go up to the speaker to say i have a pick up. no one is there so i tried going in and the door was locked. the store has been open for 2 hours and cant get my drinks or a refund because no one is there. i have wasted almost $20 with no refund and no items handed to me. this is not the first time either. its the 3rd or 4th. i find it every unprofessional and will not be coming to this dunkin again.

Well it appears like only care if you are at the driveway, coming inside is a different story. The tiny girl completely ignored us while she was attending to mostly her best friend at the drive thru, she didn’t say sorry we will be right with you or ANYTHING walked up to the front counter several times and didn’t even bother to look, she acted like we didn’t exist.

My wife said they’re ALWAYS out of SOMETHING. We went this morning and they were out of cold brew, out of seasoning for avacado toast, out of eggs, AND out of the watermelon raspberry flavor for the lemonade. There were no signs posted that they were out of anything. We waited over 20 minutes for our order once we FINALLY found things they weren’t out of, paid nearly $30, and my food was cold. I won’t blame the staff, as this is clearly the result of poor management, but my family and I will NEVER go to this dunkin location again.

Went inside rather than drive thru to save time, had to be at work and sick from a new medication and needed to eat breakfast quick. Come in ovens are down, ok that is fine I’ll just order a caffinated drink to hold me down. Terrible treatment and service. Waited for 10 minutes wondering where my drink was it was just me till the last few minutes. Got lots a glares but no drink. Finally another worker that was cleaning and not serving asked what I was waiting for and then found my drink put to the side and forgotten about. Meanwhile now I’m late for work, feel like I’m gonna pass out and too weak to even throw a fit and all this and my drink is not even full and looked like it had been done the first minute I ordered and looked gross. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY.
