Piss poor quality of food after waiting for over 30 mins after being trapped in the drive through. Food went straight in the trash can, because it was so stale it was not edible. Save your time and your money and hit burgerville across the street, where the food is actually edible.

Super disappointed in this location. The one in Stayton is Amazing. The food was cold here, more expensive and I don’t know how they’re not embarrassed to hand out these “regular” (vs. mini”) sized polar swirls for $5!?! Dairy queen is cheaper and better! Also not super happy that when we came through and ordered not only a polar swirl, but chili cheese fries… .NO ONE TOLD US UNTIL WE PAID that they were OUT OF FORKS AND SPOONS?! ARE YOU SERIOUS! There’s a bimart next door, walk your butt over there and get some plastic utensils. Freaking ridiculous. We had to wait to eat our food until later when utensils were available and by then the fries were cold and the swirl was melted. Super disappointing at the laziness, and lack of effort put in at this location.

Ordered a foot long chili dog and took it with me. I literally could NOT eat it. It was so tough that the super flimsy silverware would not cut through it without breaking. I actually had to throw it away. How do you eat a dog that is completely soaked with chili without silverware? It was cold when I got it anyway, so the dog was no great loss. Except for the $$.

We liked everything about this place except for the food. For as expensive as it is, the quality was quite a bit less than expected. Cold fries that should have been tossed long before, sloppy burgers that looked like they should have been on the dollar menu or part of some buy one get one deal, and not almost $10. And why no napkins? Do you think someone ordering an entire family’s worth of food should do it with no napkins? 2 ketchup packets for 4 orders of fries? Sigh.

Very slow service. Even inside the restaurant, they take a customer’s order and complete it before even talking to the next customer, which means that if you’re not the only person in the restaurant you’re going to be waiting. The food is decent, but nowhere near worth what they charge for it. I hadn’t been to an A&W for a while before this trip, and I won’t be at another one anytime soon.

Good food for a good price. Went through the drive thru and ordered. The attendant never read my order back, no big deal it was a simple one. Paid and went on my way, I always double check my bag, and I was missing the 2nd Mac bowl. Went back around and ordered another. I would jave given 5 stars, but the employees working were having a personal conversation BOTH times through, and in turn got my order wrong. Had they stopped talking and or repeated my order the mistake wouldn’t have been made. Not a huge thing this time, but what if my order was more complex or cars stacking up behind me? I go months in between eating out like this, but I will be back.

I have been visiting this A&W KFC combo restaurant for several years and always have a pleasant experience. The food is good and the staff is fairly quick with orders. What I love most is that you can mix and match items between the A&W side and the KFC side. This trip I had a burger with mac and cheese for my side with a root beer freeze (which I highly recommend for your drink, it is like a mix between a milkshake and a slushy!). Worth visiting if you like either of the two restaurants.
