The driver themselves did nothing wrong, I ordered a pepperoni lovers and there was barely more than a few slices of pepperoni, bread sticks weren’t that hot and drinks weren’t that cold. I’ll give them one more shot I guess if I’m hungry enough

Pizza and breadsticks were disappointing. We order cheese sticks and only the middle 3 had cheese on them. The pizzas also only had cheese in the middle, like the largest amount of crust I’ve ever seen for a pan pizza Also the delivery was supposed to be contactless but it was not.

Called at 11: 44 am to order pizza. The lady that answered the phone said we aren’t going to open today until 12 noon. All I wanted was to order a pizza for 12;30 pickup. Wasn’t interested at all in helping me ,went somewhere else, got a better pizza for less money anyway, so thanks for not caring about me. I’m done with Pizza Hut. Quality socks anyway.

I would give no stars but there is not an option for that!! Our pizza order said it was delivered 45 minutes before it got there. I called to find out where they delivered it and the Manager said they were running behind. When I asked why it said delivered on my tracker he said it was because they had a certain time to say it was delivered. He was rude and hung up on me.

New Update! Worst customer service experience EVER! Called to tell them they messed up my order. Got hung up on 3 times. 4th time I told them what was wrong. Guy looked up my order said sry and hung up. After that when I tried to call back to see if they were gonna fix it they hung up the call as soon as they seen it.

Time of delivery was quick. Food was at a perfect temperature. Overall taste of everything was good with the exception of the stiffed crust itself. Wanted to order the Tuscany Marinara pasta but was unavailable, however the Alfredo chicken pasta was very good. Wish the size of the pasta and cheese sticks order was a bit larger for the total price.
