The BBQ Shrimp Spring Rolls are the best I’d ever had in my life. I would love it if this place offered vegan/vegetarian options.

The BBQ Shrimp Spring Rolls here are the best spring rolls I’ve ever had. I would come back to this place again and again just for these.

I came here and was parked out front and to avoid as much time inside as possible i called my order in from the parking spot right in front. They told me they were too busy and couldn’t take my order. There was exactly one person in line so not exactly sure how busy they were. I told them I would just go inside and order. I came in and tried to order the filet mignon garlic noodles. They said they ran out. It was only the 12 o’clock hour. Absolutely the worst first impression for a restaurant visit.

Why is each roll wrapped in plastic? You don’t even notice it. Many people have ingested the plastic by accident. There is no sign stating each roll is wrapped. Many Nem Nuong places do not wrap each roll individually just the plate/tray. There’s no need to wrap each roll with plastic. Stop wrapping each roll in plastic before a customer gets sick or hurt.

The food is great! They offer combos with your choice of two rolls and sides, and the rolls were so tasty and sides were great too! They also have free tea. The store itself is small, but clean and fashionable. Unfortunately, there isn’t a restroom. You can pay with cash or card, but all card payments have a $10 minimum. For the combos, you can only have two of the same roll and cannot combine different rolls, like you can get two Nem Nuong rolls OR two Spring rolls, but you can’t get one Nem Nuong roll and one Spring roll in the same combo.

long wait and was decent. nothing special. while waiting for our to go order, i witnessed the young man at that front was pretty unprofessional when a customer came back to complain about part of her missing order, he did not apologize in a professional manner much less an authentic apology. he didn’t even say the word “sorry”but “my bad” and the customer was a middle age woman old enough to be even his grandmother

Not sure what the “concept” is here. Rolls are ok but nothing I can’t get better across the street. Menu is very limited and everything is made to go. While we waited, there were several party platter to go orders placed so I guess that’s what they are known for? For the price there are much better options, including as I mentioned across the street.

Going in to this place I read somewhere that there is a minimum order of 3. I decided to try 2 nem nuong and 1 goi cuon. Before I could even finish my sentence the cashier cut me off and said “3 per order”. So I repeated myself and said 2 nem 1 goi cuon. Then, she tells me “no you have to order 3 of each kind.
