It was about 330PM, I had just got out of tri Rivers ER and had been without food since about ten pm the night before so I was like starving when I see what appeared to be a fast Mexican food place. I went in and it was a fast food type of place. Robert at the counter sat me down at nearest table offered chips and salsa and a coke, I ordered a cheese enchilada with rice and beans he brought the chips and salsa and when I tasted the salsa I knew this place was associated with Si Casa Flores I had only been in the grants pass restaurant once back in 2012. So for me to recognize the salsa after eleven years says something about this restaurant. Great food, spotless dining area and excellent service.

Disgusting! Worse than T Bell. I’ve never had worse “authentic” food! The best part was the refried beans. Even the rice was bland. The guacamole was terrible too! I definitely won’t recommend or go back to this place!

.2 Carne Asada Burritos were awful! And at 31.00! I SAID the price says $12.50. The one guy took my order and said “yes there’s Gaucomole and Pico de gallo. I have pics of the burritos. The only reason I tried this place is I take care of my elderly father.and we had a busy day.(Shopping Etc).Honestly please dont waste your hard earned money to eat there. Im so mad at.myself for goin there.

I ordered the Carne asada burrito. It was big but very dry. I would suggest that the wet burrito is ordered as it looked more appetizing. The service was great as the waitress came back several times to make sure everything was ok.

Legitimately get these loco fries every other week recently. Delicious. Perfection. I don’t care about the price with how good they are. And the Horchata is the best my husband had ever had. He never complains at how often I go there if I get him one or 2.

Horrible experience. Family went there to order dinner last night. Order a burrito, guy throws it in a bag and throws the sauces in, which broke open and spill onto the burrito. Ask for a rewrap and they do, but they dont remove the original wrapping in doing so. The chilie relleno comes out cold, and gives us 4 tacos instead of 2 like we asked. Says the 2 tacos were complimentary because of what happened with the burrito. The tacos given were the Grande ones, and says all they have are just the grande tacos. Doesnt give or show price when we pay until it comes to signing the receipt, and when asked goes “the tacos were 7 dollars each.” Looking at the price, being $73 dollars, the grande tacos were $7 a pop. Asked to speak with the manager, to which he replied “Sorry, he’s not here.” Left with the contents, turns out the “grande” ones only had meat and cheese, no lettuce and tomatoes in them and no beans or rice on the sides that it normally comes with to justify the $7. Burrito’s double wrapping caused the first wrapping to fuse with the tortilla. The Chile Relleno was ice cold, and made two of us sick after eating it. By far the worst service we’ve experienced in this establishment. Will not be coming back.
