Me and my girlfriend was there a week ago . Was seated and 30 mins later was never asked about a menu or what to drink or anything…. very poor service will not go back ever!!!! Nor would recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Been on hold twice already for 30 min the first time they hang up i call back finally get answer and put me on hold again and I’m at 24 min on this call while giving a review lol the new people need to go yall use to on top of it but with whoever is running it clearly need to take a course on customer service smh I get they get busy but being on hold for almost hr 2xs is ridiculous!!!

Me and my family went in there 11 of us to eat today hamburger bun come out so hard you could have busted a windshield out of a car didn’t bring the kids food so we sat with three kids with no food waiting patiently for their food taco salad the beast that come on the salad was really salty

Have tried to give the benefit of the doubt several times. It just don’t get any better the drinks were HORRIBLE like not drinkable horrible, they buy the pre mix and just add what’s needed. The picture of fajita with meat cooked separately paid $20 for cold rice and bean that little amount of meat, small cheese dip and one Diet Coke. From now on it’s worth the extra time to go to lawrenceburg.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AWFUL PLACE!! I called 15 times!! Just to place an order. Got home which was 30min away, to my children’s meals not in there and my order messed up. So I call and tell them, which by the way took me 20 times of calling to get through. They said bring it back to get a refund. Which had to be cash because apparently they can’t refund cards! So I get back in the car and drive 30 min back with the food. To be told that the owner said for me to keep the food and they’re only gonna give me my money back on the missing orders!!! Um no!!! I did not drive 30 min with hungry kids in the car to give the food back that was UNTOUCHED to only get 10 bucks back!! My order was 62 bucks..plus the fact that it was a 30 min drive! I got my full refund but please do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I will never be back to this restaurant!!
