I hate leaving bad reviews, especially for this location since the staff is always friendly with me and knows my name, but the quality of food here is atrocious! These hash-browns are rock hard, and I’m ashamed to say this isn’t the first time, it’s practically EVERY time! They frequently over cook the food, halfassed throw the sandwiches together, and no matter how many times I request less ice in my iced coffee they pack the cup! I’ve been continuing my business here because of their friendliness and being close to home, but I’m done here, I’ll drive out of my way to get Dunkin from ANYWHERE but here!

I’m only giving 2 starts b.c I actually like dunkin but this location is nothing but inconsistencies. They never add my turbo shot but charge me for it (always have to hand it back and have them add it, they charge me but never add “turbo shot” to the sticker on the cup/ actual order), always giving the wrong food, sandwiches incorrect, some hasbrows burnt and rock hard while others are pale, soggy and cold. It’s super frustrating b.c the staff is always friendly and nice. I now prefer to drive the little extra distance for the glendora one instead.

Terrible service and selection. Count your bagels and donuts before you leave. Paid for a dozen and got Eleven. Then staff ignored me. Finally they counted and gave the correct amount. I’ll never go back.

I have no idea what the problem is here. Like a lot of people, I utilize the drive through. EVERY time….I wait for an extended period of time for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. 99% of the time I’m the only one in line!!! Why am I waiting for 3 to 4 minutes to order a coffee? I’m not there at peak hours. I could see having to wait every now and then. But EVERY TIME??? I think they will be losing my business.

I’m done with this location. After waiting in line for 10 mins, I finally got to where you order (drive-thru), and I wait five mins and nothing. So, I drive up to the window. All I wanted was a coffee. Easy enough, right? Nope! She gave me attitude when I mentioned waiting, then said I would have to go back around to order! Up until now, I’ve come to this location at least once a week and recognized this woman from many previous trips. I will not me patronizing this rude woman’s store again!
