Only giving it 4 stars because we were there later in the evening and some of the food in the buffet had been there awhile. Food was southern and really good…shout out to their amazing meat loaf!! We thought the selection in the salad and dessert bars were especially great. The service was impeccable …the last of the pecan pie was gone before I was ready for dessert, and although it was replaced with the most delicious hummingbird cake, I really wanted some pecan pie. I mentioned this to the waitress and she brought my daughter and I a slice out from the back. Sweet tea was refilled over and over again, best waitress evaaar!! We will absolutely bring our family back!!

They say 3rd times a charm… I say 4th time = 4 mistakes…. I think the only reason why we have eaten there a total of 4 times is because of the wonderful waitresses they have in the evenings.

Have never had issues with any other Western Sizzlin’ like this one. Certainly lack of effective management is a problem here. Waitstaff scraping food spills off the dessert bar bare-handed, kitchen/scullery worker in shorts dripping water from soaked/dirty t-shirt, food/debris on carpet-floors, fish on bar served under 100 degrees, more. No plates available for return trip: customers re-using plates. Staff sitting/eating/drinking between serving guests without hand washing, pinto beans already soured-fermenting in serving tray. Gravy soured too. Then the service? It followed the poor restaurant practices. Lack of even marginal professionalism Staff busy talking to each other and not noticing guests re-using plates. Some with aprons, others with food-stained clothes at shift end. Yes I was a food service inspector before, and I would have failed this restaurant. Seriously poor management.

most people identify Western Sizzlin as a good place to eat. WRONG! food bar is nasty. think order from menu just as bad. Maybe needs new management that is entergetic????

Nasty; I doubt we will ever set foot in another Western Sizzlin. The one in Sallisaw is forever burnt into our memory. The service was good, but the food was terrible and the inside decor is long past its prime. To top it off, it certainly was not worth the $$ we paid.

The food on the buffet was cold!!!!!!!! Food sat for 15 minutes before a waitress picked it up they sat and talked at a table instead of waiting on us. The one waitress said she wouldn’t eat any of the food on the buffet! NEVER EAT AT THIS WESTERN SIZZLIN!!!!!! ITS GROSS!!!!!
