I went on Sunday night and a lady with short curly hair helped take my order but my food came out first before my drink. When I ask about my drink, they gave attitude and I wasn’t the one that seem to have that same issue, even started arguing with the customer. It’s not the first time I go there and they also gave me attitude all the time, I might never go back unless they change their attitude, their customers service stuck especially hers

I love this place, I refer it to family and friends all the time. But lately, I have noticed an increase with wrong orders not being made the way I’m asked. Today I received my order made wrong for the 7th time. Likely my husband is more understanding the past couple of messed up/wrong orders my husband tells me “it’s okay they will get it right next time we come, don’t complain” I have held back leaving a bad review but, I feel something needs to be done. So, I placed an order thru the phone an upon arrival they only had one Customer eating and one ticket order. I truly believe that their was no reason to mess the order wrong. The reason I called ahead is because I can just arrive pay, pickup and leave because it takes me an hour drive to get back home. I called and complain and know I have to take the food back. I’ll take it back but I’m not getting any food I’m getting a refund I need $$$ for the extra 2 hours of gas just to return the food. I offered to send pictures and they told me “NO” I’ll come back I’ll just have to open the order before leaving.

Stopped here on my way to the airport, was very excited to try out and their menu and prices created high expectations, good reviews helped too. Ordered super torta La Camelia and boy, once I opened the bag at the airport the size was like , did I get the worn wrong one? I grabbed it and immediately felt the soft bread, expectancies started to go down, took a bite and very bland, Did they forget to add salt? Sad to say very promising but only if they get crusty bread and season the food. Yes, I am from Mexico city and work around food industry so expectancies are high, but should they not be?? Please hire a chef or at least taste your food constantly and success will be yours. Hope this review helps and look forward to give them another try.
