I like this location because the first thing I notice is that it is always clean. The food is fresh tasting and made the way I order it. The cashiers are friendly and patient when ever I visit this location. There is usually not a long wait. The staff seems efficient, professional, and gave good customer service. They use Pepsi products not Coke which is okay with me because I like the Tropicana pink lemonade and Tropicana fruit punch options. I usually mix them together half pink lemonade half fruit punch. It’s amazing and never watered down. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants Yoshinoya.

The Customer Service from the young man that took my order was great. The Food however not so much I brought the Large beef bowl, it look like it was on a diet. I know we are all cutting back but it that what you doing inform your customers. I will give them an opportunity to right this wrong I still have my reciept from the visit..

Amazing serving by Jose Luna , he was very helpful especially when the order was wrong due to the cooks . He was very nice, amazing service. He always had smile while I was there for about 1 hour and a half towards all his customers and he seems to enjoy his job.

The female cashier (Wendy) was very nice at the time of taking the order but when it came time to give me my order it all went downhill, as the female cooks were in the back preparing or plating the bowls they were just gossiping and talking about the customers in the lobby waiting for their food. They ALL need to get a good class/training on customer service so that the restaurant doesn’t loose revenue as people will start going next door or across the street to the competitors

I ordered and my food was raw. I went and politely told the worker behind the counter. And she was belligerent in her conduct and gave me no time nor response after taking my food and throwing it in the trash. Very rude. No professionalism whatsoever. Stay away from this place.
