The facilities manager offered to resend missing items from my large doordash order and then when I tried to confirm the items missing she recanted her offer saying sorry but we aren’t going to replace anything because the other team member said all items were in the order which is not true. She was not friendly and rude. I will not be placing orders from there anymore. Clearly need training on providing better customer service.

Pricey and smaller portions. Guacamole and chips for $4.25. The price would be fine, but the size of the guacamole is really small about the size of a cheese cup. They stop using bacon here also.

It’s a hit or miss with the staff. They either seem really nice, or they seem like they hate you for having the audacity to come in and order food. The food always tastes good. Sometimes, you get little pieces you have to pick out, like hard stems or parts from the avocado that belong to the outside, but that’s not a big issue. I miss the drink machine that had multiple flavor choices. Never any spoons. If you’re looking for a highchair, they kinda hid them towards the front to the left where the chairs in front of the window are.

This location in Plainfield is horrible!! Every time I go there the quality of the food is subpar and the customer service is horrendously bad. Went there at around 9pm on a Thursday night and the inside looked as if it was closed even though it should remain open until 10pm. Chairs were put away as well as most of the food which prevented me from ordering what I really wanted. The employees were unwelcoming and rude. Do better.

We eat here once a week and we worked late so decided to Door dash it. Ordered 2 bowls and when I got the bag, I thought there was only 1 bowl because it was so unusually light. I opened the bag and found our correct order but the bowls were barely half full. I don’t see a place to post pictures but I have them. What can be done? Thanks

Food is always good but the servers don’t measure. It’s like you get what they decide you can have. I get 4 bite size pieces of chicken. I asked for lettuce 2 times and she finally turned around and said get me some lettuce she wants lettuce. Geesh. She wasn’t paying for it out of her pocket so I don’t get the inconsistency. Diding area was not real clean. No one seemed to be in charge.

I ordered a bowl and it was light and half full that it felt empty. I took a picture and showed my wife and she was in disbelief of how marginal the bowl was. I’m a grown man and this portion of a bowl wouldn’t fill up my eight year old grand son. I felt I was robbed of my money. I just left there 10 minutes ago. Pathetic portion and Chipotle will get all of my business and I will gladly share my photos with anyone who remotely think about going there. Negative stars if it was a choice.
