Ordered a thin crust large with four ingredients cost $17 when they handed me the box it felt like an empty box I got it home it was cold and greasy. I literally picked it up 10 minutes after I ordered it rushed home to enjoy enjoy a hot delicious pizza probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I will not be ordering from them again probably big disappointment.

Went to this domino’s with 30 minutes to close, the open sign was on, the building was open. Saw someone get their pizza and walk out of the store, had my order placed, and was immediately called to be told that “There’s something wrong with our oven, so we’re going to refund your money, and we’re not taking anymore orders tonight.” The young lady who called me came out from behind the counter, locked the door, and turned the open sign off. I’ve never had someone so blatantly lie to me, with 30 minutes to close!

Was there May 20,2023. 2 employees (a man and a woman) were very rude and direspectful when all we asked them is “can we dine in?” They did not let us when there was a dine in table and chairs. My wife was wearing a hijab so this was clearly racism! Will never come back to this location until i see new respectful faces!

I had a bad experience today with Domino’s Pizza on 2080 Niles road, St Joseph MI. Wrong Pizza was delivered and the replacement was delivered 1.30 hours later and was left outside the Appartments entrance door. Delivery person didn’t bother to press the buzzer or call to notify me. I don’t know for how long that Pizza had sat out there on the floor where there is a high traffic of people going in and out. I called the restaurant to report it and the girl I talked to didn’t seem to know what to do or options to offer. I don’t appreciate what was done. This is my last time to buy Pizza from Dominos. I had high hopes prior to this incident. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anybody. I wouldn’t want to see or hear someone else getting this kind of service.

A shout out to the visiting store manager that was covering the Niles Ave store, all by himself. Frustrating situation to say the least, but he was powering through. His customer service was outstanding. He was the only one in the store for the rest of the night, and we were there about 3 in the afternoon. Bad situation, especially since it wasn’t even his store. We didn’t get his name, but he deserves a raise.

This is a terrible Domino’s Pizza store I ever visited. I felt they do not see me as a customer. I preordered and went the store to pick them up but was not ready. Nobody apologized for it and just told me I can re-order it. When I start complain, the manager told me leave the store. I waste my time and gas for this. Moreover, because of this, I was not able to keep my appointments with my friends and everything got messed up.
