They got my kids’ happy meal orders wrong. They included the wrong sides and didn’t have the advertised Elementals toys. I discovered the problems after leaving the drive thru and when I went back to ask for the correct sides, the employee was defensive and surly about it. This is my favorite branch because it’s usually clean and not too crowded. It’s cool and doesn’t stink. The rest room is usually decently clean. The food comes out relatively fast and made to order. Their special coffees are usually made well. They have different ways to order, on the self serve board and put the order number on your table, order on your phone via their app, go to the counter, drive through and order on your phone and wait on your car and they bring it to you. I like to pay at the counter when I order and pay with my phone or Samsung watch. Very convenient. Their drive through is usually fast and they usually get the order right the first time, although it’s a good idea to check before you leave. The price is always reasonable.
