I always have a problem when I am at this location. The staff is very unfriendly, and half of the time does not get my order correct. This particular visit, not only did they not get my order correct, but they physically did not put a bun on the bottom of my sandwhich. I picked up the box and a massive pool of grease started SPILLING out, all over myself and all over my car. I went back in to ask to have my sandwhich remade and i was sent away. Horrible customer service and overall experience.

As far as McDonald’s go, this one has always been clean inside and the service has always been above average. Sometimes the drive thru can be slow at peak times, but that should be expected. I have always had good hot food.

They’re usually okay for breakfast, but after that it’s become nearly inedible. They make the food in advance, I suspect due to staffing issues. By the time you get it, the food is ready for the garbage. Fries and nuggets are cold and shriveled, burgers are approaching room temperature. It’s also become a rarity that the order *isn’t* wrong. Exceptionally slow drive-thru most days. The employees seem like they’re trying but have been handed an impossible situation. Hoping for improvement.

Worst experience went to drive through ordered my chicken for kids with sauce. They charged extra for sauce and made me wait for 10 mins. They delivered 3 orders after me but I was still waiting. When I got my food delivered there is no sauce in the bag and as I already pulled forward I had go get down and go inside to get the sauce

horrible service. order a number 6 a medium frie, strawberry and creme pie and a frape. Once I got my food my fries were half full sandwich was sloppy and have the sauce and cheese was left in my box not on my sandwich. As well as the wrong pie went back to get another one and gave me another wrong one.
