I usually don’t post reviews but this was the last time I was going to let this slide. If it isn’t the one drop of sauce in the Alfredo dish or the employee leaning on the inside of the pizza boxes they put our food in, it’s them putting little to nothing in the Alfredo dish with more sauce than normal. They’ve gotten ridiculous with skimping people and getting away with it. Done eating here for good.

This domino’s franchise is the worse. Unfortunately, this is the only store that delivers to my neighborhood. The Domino’s pizza ordering app doesn’t allow me to order. Then once I get my order into their system. The delivery drivers forgets items I have paid for or requested. I have tried to call the store nothing… I have gone to the store to bring up my issues and the crew can’t help me get the same deals from the app. Its completely ridiculous. Not to mention I have asked for the manager, district manager, and corporate office and have gotten no where. I challenge the franchise owner or their district manager to contact me.

I go this place a lot. Usually every other Friday is pizza night with the kids. It’s convenient and the people are friendly. Online ordering bas come a long way and this place makes it easier than ever. Fairly new location. We have always had a positive experience and orders have ALWAYS been right each and every every time. A+++

This is the saddest Italian sandwich I’ve ever seen and by far the worst Domino’s location I’ve had food from. If ‘Christopher’ makes your food, cancel your order. Even if they didn’t personally make it, management is suppose to have their employees trained to make food properly.

I need Shawn Bigger(franchisee) to do something about his store. Multiple times we have placed an online order an hour or so before closing and they have waited until closing to cancel our orders. This has happened to me and multiple of my friends. When you try to call them they do not pick up or they will pick up and immediately put you on hold. I myself worked at the plank road store back in 2016-19 I was a shift lead. It’s not a big issue an hour before closing. If you don’t want to make my pizza then just quit. By the way orders don’t just cancel themselves at closing. You have to go into the system and cancel it.

Ordered two medium one topping pizzas, one pepperoni, one Buffalo. We got whats shown in the photo ♀️ How would anybody in their right mind be able to have the stomach to stand this MUCH Buffalo sauce???? Tried calling the store and they just hung up the phone after we waited on hold. My husband and I were speechless when we opened the box and saw a literal PUDDLE on our pizza. Please Domino’s. Do better!

Employee was very rude . I order two pizzas and they came burnt. By the end of the call . I asked if they could come get the pizza’s and give me a refund. This person needs training he wouldn’t give me his name. If I could have given no stars I would have ! This employee behaved as if I burnt the pizza . He stated he could make me another one but all pizza come through the oven the same way. You may say it’s burnt but not everyone thinks like you , Then he said “‘ I will give you a refund if it will get you the hell off the phone “ . Then he hung up ! Just rude and nasty !

I don’t know where to begin, I want to have pizza delivered to my kids. First problem was i had to keep calling because someone was hanging up the phone. I finally got through and the employee told me that it would be a two wait for delivery, they would make pizza in 20minutes so my pizza would for 1 hour and half or two before getting to me. This is the worst Domino’s pizza experience.

We tried to order pizza and ended up being told they don’t deliver in our development. Hmm they have delivered here many times before. We are less than 3 miles away. They told me to call Thornburg location which is 12 miles away. We ended up doing pick up and the staff was extremely rude. Seriously not what we have experienced there before.
