I witnessed a bigger hispanic staff assault my friend for absolutely no reason and I am truly shocked. After the miscommunication was resolved, the chef continued to verbally abuse my friend and threaten to attack him. I am truly shocked that you guys would hire staff who think it’s okay to physically and verbally assault customers. Do not come here ever.

While it was a quick and easy order, they packer failed to include all of my other. No bread and obviously no extra bread like I ordered. And the $5 credit is great, but I still don’t have bread for my meal which in the end is the experience you are selling.

Absolutely terrible service. You need to fire one of your cooks because he assaulted me unprovoked when I was trying to help out my bartender friend at Loco. I am considering pressing charges for the slurs and and violence your staff inflicted on me.

Tried this place twice. Got mushroom sliders the first time and brisket sliders the second. I love that there are options for how many sliders you get; most restaurants give you 3, which is a bit much for me. 2 sliders and a side is perfect.

My friends and I have been ordering from Ghost Kitchen for over a year now. We have only had (mostly) positive experiences. The food has always been good-arguably one of the most authentic cheesesteaks you can find in Ithaca. Their sliders are amazing-with burgers that are cooked well (medium to medium rare). The desserts are also quite good.

I ordered shrimp and red pepper Alfredo pasta from here last night, they forgot to add the shrimp but if I’m being honest I wasn’t that upset about it and didn’t go back cause the pasta was honestly really really good. We also got the onion rings which were also fantastic, very crispy! Definitely will be ordering from here again (but hopefully they remember the shrimp next time haha) thanks for the great service!

We ordered a burger and cheese sticks , the burger was great , the order came fairly quick but instead of cheese sticks we got bread sticks which we did not care for , we called back and let them know and were told no problem we will deliver the cheese sticks in 15 minutes , well they never showed up and the restaurant closed !! Great Service ??? The food is good but pretty expensive so when you pay for something , you should at least get it or get reimbursed .
