I just came through the drive through at this location and I have to say it is one of the best experiences I have had with a fast food restaurant in a while. Everyone that I had contact was super friendly and in great moods. SO hard to find now as I know we all are trying to do our best. My food was hot, fresh and made to order. I tried calling the location to speak with the manager to let them know about my experience but was unable to get through, so hopefully this will be seen and the appropriate people will get recognition. Thank you for the pleasant experience!!!

I was rather disappointed in the quality of the food we received from this location. It was only 8:30pm on Friday night so there should be no reason that we got fries that were dipped back in hot oil to warm them up or chicken that was refried to the point of them being so burnt that the chicken was thrash. I don’t mind spending money on food but I hate spending almost $50 for food that was not decent enough to be served.

One of if not the worst. I didn’t and couldn’t eat my food. The young lady at the drive thru window had a horrible oral cavity that ruined both my son and my appetite. She was a sweet person but seeing her teeth messed up my appetite. The fries were cold and I had to swing back around and request some fresh fries. The egg and cheese biscuit wasnt scrambled as requested. And the tea was disgusting.

Came in for delivery pick up. Totally ignored by teen staff who were playing around and sitting on the counter. Traci General Manager also did not speak nor direct her employees to provide customer service. Received order. Was in store approximately 5 minutes and no one uttered a word to me and I was the only one there.

Great service! Ambryance was so helpful. The manager Angelia was supportive and made sure our food was hot and fresh!!! Facilities very clean and bathrooms smelled great! Coming from Miami to VA just wanted fresh hot food!

So, went to a different Bo location for a quick snack. Worse fries ever! Cold, hard as a rock, but good seasoning. I like the seasoning on their fries but not on cold fries.

The absolute worst Bojangles I don’t believe any of them but maybe two like their actual job. They will serve you food they want YOU to have. And if the food is over cooked they make a spectacle out of you asking for the proper spec. It’s another Bojangles off 63 and down the road if you wanna avoid horrible customer service and excuses.
