I ordered the turkey bacon club meal with a vanilla iced coffee (unable to get the advertised strawberry lemonade). Unfortunately I waited until I was almost home before I tried my coffee. I am about 99% sure there is zero coffee in that cup. It tastes like creamer with enough sugar to make it thick. No vanilla. No coffee. I do not enjoy overly sweet coffee to begin with so I found this concoction stomach churning.

A young lady named Hope waited on us this afternoon, she was wonderful and wanted to insure our coffees were as we wanted them. She was super kind and the kind of person you want waiting on you! We actually had stopped going to this TH due to the run down look and bad service we had in the past, we decided to try to again today and we’re shocked at the difference, it was clean, nice furniture, friendly helpful staff, such a huge improvement! I primarily use the drive through. The Lobby is often closed due to short staffing. The line moves fairly quickly most days. Good and drinks are always yummy. Customer service is always top notch.

Went here the other day and 90% of the things I tried to order were “no longer available” but were still listed on the menu. If you aren’t going to sell an item or have it available might want to take it off the menu or at least cross it out or let the person ordering know before they try to order it. Such a bare menu for a place that boasts about their drinks.

Closed 1 hour early and I was still able to pre order and pay on the app. Went inside to find out what was going on and a young man was sitting in the lobby area and said we closed early due to short staff. I explained about the order and that I paid and he refused to help. Like it was difficult to make 2 ice caps. He said you will have to go somewhere else and try to get your order. A very unhelpful, rude and lazy young man. If your closed lock your doors.

Speaker was out of service so people had to order at the pickup window. Gentleman taking orders did not seem to know either how to make do the orders or didn’t know what the menu items were. Luckily a woman came and helped out the gentleman who was struggling to complete the ordering process.
