I used to really enjoy coming here, especially for the banh mi. However, the last few times I’ve come I noticed that the food tastes a bit bland. It had been a while since my past visits so perhaps they changed cooks or ownership? Particularly the more traditional Vietnamese dishes which rely heavily on the Nouc Cham. The dressing (Nouc Cham) is very plain, you can tell in the photo as there’s no evidence of chili peppers or garlic; the spring rolls (Cha Gio) taste like they’re purchased frozen and heated on-site. The vermicelli noodles I had were overcooked. They also removed the Banh Xeo from their menu, which was my wife’s favorite.

We came here because it was close by to Costco and we were looking for something warm to eat. The restaurant is kind of in a deadish looking plaza, but there is plenty of parking right out front. I ordered my usual at any pho restaurant that offers: the Bún Bò Huế! I must say their soup is especially salty, but I really like it! I do have to drink a ton of water afterwards though. My only disappointment was that there was only a small thin triangle slice for the blood jelly instead of the usual cube blood jelly that is soft like tofu-ish.

This was our first time here and it did not disappoint. Service was fantastic. The host was on his way with menus as we were walking in. We were immediately served water and given time to look over the menu. We ordered the tofu summer rolls. They come with peanut sauce but I asked the server if they had a sweet and sour type sauce, and he brought a delicious ginger sauce and the peanut sauce. The rolls were fresh and delicious. My bf got the #1 pho, which is what he gets at every pho restaurant. He said it was delicious and there was so much he couldn’t finish it ( which never happens). I got the shrimp and rice, and the shrimp were incredible. They were slightly crunchy and cooked to perfection. Combined with the vegetables, rice, and fish sauce, it was delicious. The food was hot and served quickly. We will be returning even though it’s a bit of a drive for us. It was worth it.

I think this is the best pho in this area! We tried normal pho, spicy pho, and papaya salad with grilled shrimp. Everything was real good. Tasty broth, I don’t have to add anything. Service was excellent too. My daughter was sick when we came the first time. They even offered fresh ginger to put in water hoping to make her feel better. Highly recommend!

Definitely the best pho I’ve had in Columbia; the broth is SO good, and the vegetarian pho came with a lot of tasty veggies. I ordered take-out so I didn’t spend much time actually in store, but the staff seemed friendly and they had my order ready quickly.

The pho was really good. Usually I tend to think that almost all pho places are the same but this time it was different.

Excellent food and service every time I’ve come here! The pho broth is delicious, their bun/vermicelli bowls + grilled meats and as well. They’ve accommodated larger parties, just be sure to call ahead to confirm. The staff here work hard and are friendly every time I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. A local (and family?) business I will always come back to and support!

The menu options offered are an excellent value. Of everything we tried I highly recommend the Phở La Cay the sliced eye round steak and well-done brisket in spicy beef broth. The broth was flavorful and had a good amount of heat. Also the Lemongrass Chicken was delicious. The Summer Rolls were very disappointing, they were mostly lettuce.

Great food and atmosphere. The noodles arent thick like some of the places near here. Most definitely better than pho dat thanh. The banh mi bread was very flaky and well baked. The cold cut meat was quite tasty and the veggies inside were fresh with a delicious but light sauce. Highly recommend this place!
