My first time trying their tacos and I must say this place is a gem. If you want authentic Mexican tacos this is your spot! The portions are generous and the quality and taste are extremely delicious. Soft and juicy You will get your money’s worth for sure. I will be a regular from now on.

Soon as I walked in owner welcomes you. I ordered a burrito with asada regular size and a huarache de Al pastor and to top it off un agua de horchata large. By the way the horchata is house made you can tell by the little bits of the grain of rice. They’re asada is super flavorful and they’re al pastor hit the spot. Everything they do mostly is house made. They’re salsa negra and red sauce is by far my favorite for the asada. The al postor I just added the red sauce which gave it a nice kick. They’re have your food out in about 5mins after ordering. I definitely recommend this spot to any new people in the area. A lot of repeat customer come in I know cause the owner know them by name. 10/10 recommend

No flavor at all the steak for the steak taco is undercooked and the tortillas taste old. Soggy tacos no good! No salsa no lemon not good. The lemonade was really good.

Good Mexican food, decent prices and good serving portions. I got the carne asada dinner. Mom-and-pop feel. Please support them.

Don’t let the size fool you, hands down one of the best Mexican spots in Des Plaines. This quaint restaurant serves great, pricey food. Even though it’s pricey I feel it’s worth every penny. A colleague and I went on a whim, and returned 3 straight days to try everything on the menu.

This place use to be very good. Now it is mediocre at best. Food is WAY over priced for what you get. $15 for a dry chicken burrito; no flavor. Beans and rice were extremely dry/ over cooked. I know everything has gone up in price over the past few years, but this was unacceptable. Won’t be back here.

Taco time! It was a bit soft & chewy, but the red salsa was good & spicy.

I’ve been to that place a few times, I adjusted when they had the normal tacos with the regular tortilla, because now they have small tortillas but they still haven’t lost their flavor, they are very rich and their delicious sauces, a very good place, if they would return, the normal tortilla would be wonderful.
