Just went through the drive thru. Did my daily order and apparently I either said or she heard me say iced instead of hot. I got to the window told her it was supposed to be hot and she told me if I had listened to her when I repeated it back I would have known she said iced. She was rude and kept going back and forth with me when I told her I ordered hot when all she had to do was say ok and go make a new coffee for me. Nevermind the fact I got charged for the iced. It’s sad that I come there every weekday and experience this from your employees.

I go in to this dunks three days a week and love this place, the ladies are always nice and they don’t ever seem to have a 15 minute line, also they always get my iced latte right which has been a running issue with some dunks, couldn’t suggest this dunks enough

2 days order wrong both days. Bagels are hard. I was told i probably got a frozen one yesterday….. Lol but i wasn’t compensated for it. The clerk yesterday called Boyfriend hun and honey 4 times. When she saw me raise my eyebrow i became hunny too. And they forgot my shot today in my coffee, which i paid for. Don’t expect much here.

America runs on Dunkin and so do I. If you dont do the Dunkin perks app you should. You get a free coffee after so many points and you can order ahead and drive threw or go inside and skip the line. Must have app … its amazing
