This Wendy’s was good at first. But the last couple weeks I’ve been trying to go there they’ve been out of BBQ & honest mustard. I even asked the lady if they’re ever going to order any and her response “not sure”.. we’ll okay then.. not to mention the lady running the register in the drive thru has no idea how to use Apple Pay. We always have to find another method of payment. Tedious things yes, but when the main thing Wendy’s advertises is nuggets you think having the sauces would be just as important..

Typically Wendy’s is my go to fast food joint. However this locations has much room for improvement, more specifically the staff. Went to get breakfast, there was no line inside the restaurant (drive thru did had a couple of cars). Took them almost 15 minutes to give me my order (other locations typically take 5 when there are no customers). The staff was not friendly at all and one them actually gave me an angry look just for coming into the restaurant. The staff needs a lot of training on customer service.

I wanted to try the new loaded Nacho single cheeseburger at the new Wendys on 6636 Richmond Highway Alexandria VA. They gave it to me, but not the jalapeño cheddar bun. They should have told me while I was in the drive-through if they did not have that bun. I didn’t realize it until I got home and it was a regular bun. I wanted the sandwich that I paid for. That’s not acceptable at all.

I should’ve known this experience was going to be bad, judging from the previous reviews, but went anyway. Literally, every part of our mobile order was wrong. Instead of the burgers we actually ordered, we just got 2 double stacks. They didn’t give us any sauces, and they weren’t going to give us the frosty we ordered until we asked about it, which seemed to annoy them. They gave us the wrong flavor of lemonade as well. At least they gave us fries! Part of me wonders if they just gave us someone else’s order

First time trying this new location since it opened. The response time was great via the drive thru given I ordered around 12:30 lunch timeframe The cashier woman was very friendly and customer service oriented. The person that gave me my food was ok. Could learn to serve with a smile vs a frown.

This is the absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. And it’s new! Customer service is terrible. All the employees have horrible attitudes. I ordered two $5 biggie bags with junior bacon cheeseburgers and a 10 piece nugget meal. The bread on both the burgers was hard, the fries were cold and hard, and we were missing the fry for the nugget meal. Won’t be going back.

For the person below questioning how someone is giving them 5 stars, restaurant was open for day or two before 4/15. How do i know? Because i bought food from there and everything was great. Everything tasted fresh and they even handed out coupons for follow up visits. Sadly my follow up visit was met with yellow tape and people there telling me to leave.

Incompetence 70% of the time. I have been to this location about a dozen times since they opened and the screw up my order at least 60% of the time. 100% of the time their mistakes have been at my cost. What they give me is always of lesser value than I pay. How hard is it to get a simple order right. You weren’t busy, there was no rush and it was a small order. If you can’t give people what they order you have no business having a job there. Stop ripping me off.
