I had not visited Sam’s in a few years until deciding to stop in today. Huge mistake. I get inflation driving prices up, but 32$ for two sandwiches? Hardly a soul in the restaurant, and it still took 30 minutes to prepare. When the manager handed me the food, she said, “I promise we won’t spread nasty rumors about you”. Okay? No idea where that came from, but I will not be returning to find out.

Your staff is publicly complaining out loud…before we even ordered. I ordered an item off the menu, staff corrected me, then I immediately went over to the menu and pointed EXACTLY to what I wanted-only to be told that the menu is irrelevant and outdated. I ordered whatever WAS available. Soon after, 3 other customers walked in…along with 4 other customers (who ordered ahead for pick up) and staff started to LOUDLY complain about the amount of people ordering food. Fix your staff, fix your menu, do right by the customers keeping your establishment in business. Most definitely the last time I visit the Brunswick, ME location….following all the bad reviews, I’ll just copy and paste this to the same email address. It appears that’s the only response given anyway.
