I took my mom for lunch . Our hostess was a very welcoming person, not the waitress. My food was burnt, she never came asking if everything was ok. Waiting forever for her to come. I ended up leaving without waiting for my check and paid off to cashier. To my surprise I discovered two different charges from Millennium diner, when I called to resolve a problem, they just hung on me , saying you would never will find a manager here. It was absolutely unacceptable attitude.
