I visited the Strings in Merced which is part of a string of restaurants (pun intended), one of which I reviewed in Yreka. It doesn’t quite have that cozy Italian comfort food vibe as the one in Yreka, but, then again, it’s not in a small town. What it does have, however, is the same quality food and service. I, once again, got the veggie pizza. Just as delicious as the one in Yreka. Definitely recommend visiting a Strings restaurant

This was my first time visiting.. The ambiance was beautiful..you can dress casually.. There are plenty of tables in a L shape dining area..The food comes in a timely matter..The waitress was friendly and on top of whatever you needed. The food is amazing! Large portions and well prepared and presented. They do sing Happy Birthday and bring you free small cake with a candle and spell out Happy Birthday! Beautiful experience with friends!
