Wasn’t a very pleasant experience. Im assuming the gentleman is a manager, didn’t catch his name.. but he isn’t a very nice man. needs to work more on how to treat his staff. You could tell everyone in the line was uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. Hopefully this can be corrected and this can create a more pleasant work place as well as a more pleasant vibe for the guests.

I don’t usually leave reviews but Just went to Subway, I wasnt able to get ahold of this girl’s name but she has been the rudest employee ever!!! If you are going to get an attitude over customers not being able to hear what you are asking, SPEAK UP! She was rude and condescending, rolled her eyes when I misheard her. Threw my subways into the oven, I didn’t appreciate that. As a paying customer I expect quality service, and It was the complete opposite, couldn’t even enjoy my sandwich after that. Subway do better.

I asked for a turkey bacon guacamole wrap. The guy pulled out a white wrap. I told him I wanted a spinach wrap. He told me it was the same …flavorless that only the tomato wrap tasted like tomato. Then they added ham turkey no bacon and the girls seemed confused …finally I was told it was discontinued but they were making me a custom wrap. I canceled the order it was all wrong and they knew of the wrap but it was discontinued apparently they didn’t know what went into a turkey bacon guacamole wrap I’ve ordered for years now. I will not be returning to this location on old Pearsall…I believe they are franchised and just don’t care

Don’t eat at that place.. Most disgusting to bite into your flat bread sandwich to find a ball of hair.. Then the 2 employees are hiding in the back when I walked back in… In case you forgot did you know it’s mandatory to have your hair wrapped up or in a hair net… This is definitely getting reported to the city…

I’m so tired of restaurants and eating out. I ordered online. I arrive at the time indicated on line. I show up at that time and ask for my order. I’m told there is no order. I give her my last name and told, no order. I describe the sandwich (seeing there is only one on the counter) and again told it’s not mine and no order. So I drive back to print out my confirmation and order (cause I didn’t have my phone). The she looks at the same sandwich as before and says this is for Brian B. DUH!!
