I had the pizza delivered to my room. To be honest when we visit the resort again, we will not be ordering from this place. The pizza was (ok), the price was ridiculously expensive. 1 cheese pizza, 1 2 topping pizza and 2 orders of wings=$85. I will never order from here again. And the pizza was 1 step above Dominoes.

Just don’t. Attempted to place an order by phone at 9:15, was placed on hold for 30 minutes. Attempted to go through the front desk afterward and was put on hold again until I was greeted with a phone message that they were no longer taking orders, despite being well before closing time. A complete disorganized hot mess.

Terrible we order pizza at 915 pm and near received it. They charged us for it and never got any pizza. I do not understand how a great hotel deals with such a bad restaurant that just steals from their customers…. Done with this place.

We stayed at Orange Lake from June 28 to July 3rd this year (2020). We checked in exactly one month after they reopened following the nationwide shutdown due to the Coronavirus. Like everything else in the world they were at reduced capacity for everything on site. Paisan Pizzeria was one of the only places open serving food. Fortunately it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I had three different pizzas over our five night stay and loved each one. My wife ordered a meatball sub once too which was delicious.

Crazy you wait an hour and a half for pizza to show up cold and hard like it was sitting there for an hour. They didn’t even bring us pepper or cheese packs either. Won’t be ordering a delivery from them again. Thankyou guys guess we will use our oven in the room to heat it up.
