First things first.. trim the damn trees in the drive thru.. second, and more importantly the food – is delicious as always. I am stuck on those damn taco burgers and I can’t break myself from them. The employees here at the location are very friendly and quick to help. Overall, when we are on this side of town and hungry this is our go to location. Always delicious!

Today I drove from the taco villa on 50th because they had 10 minute wait on taco meat. Ridiculous. There was one car in the drive thru and one in the parking lot and it was around 4:30. I could have went next door to Taco Bell or any burger but I wanted taco villa. These are the terrible nachos I received from the taco villa in 19th near ave Q These nachos are the worst I’ve ever seen. The fries were cold and the burrito was lukewarm. I was the first car in the drive thru and there were 2 in the parking lot. It was almost 5 not busy at all. Customer service is a lost art. No one cares about serving good food and no one checks quality. Companies don’t care about service just putting out a bare minimum product and charging ridiculous amounts for it. This was a pathetic 20$ meal. I won’t be going back ever and will tell everyone what a horrible experience I had for no reason other than employees being lazy. Unacceptable.

The service was not the greatest. We pulled up to the drive thru and greeted which was good but we said it would be a minute. They came on the speaker multiple time’s asking if we were ready. We asked what drinks they had and about half way through they started laughing then someone more professional came in and properly explained what they had. When we were finally ready they took the order and we went to the window to pay. They charged us we asked for spoons and forks. They told us that they didn’t have any spoons and when they gave us our forks guess what came with or spoons that they didn’t apparently have. Young inexperienced kids that find everything that isn’t funny funny. Go to the one on Milwaukee instead with Derek he has his crew on point and respectable.

The manager is disgusting and made me stand there and wait at the Register while he was talking With other employees. I had to repeat my order 3 times! AND it was loud in there. I couldn’t enjoy myself sounding like a kids bday party between employees talking and manager yelling orders at them

First off, there’s someone who’s reviewed this location that had a fly in their food and noones gotten back to them, that’s insane. Secondly, how can you treat your employees like they’re working for Chick-Fil-A, but have service like Waffle House. Its summer time and I personally have been sweating my nuts off everyday, and you won’t even let your employees wear their hair up because of a non-offensive tattoo behind the ear? This is beyond stupidity. It’s 2023. Fix it.

Two tacos and a burrito, as good as expected, just like every other time I stop by. Always friendly staff, no matter who greets me at the counter. Always thanked and invited back as I am leaving. This one is usually cleaner than any others I go to in town. The only bad thing this trip was that there was no ice in the drink station, but they got me ice right quick. Food was ready before I stepped away to get my drink.
