I’ve usually encountered great service at this Burger King as the manager lady who has been running it for the past however many years is excellent at her job. Unfortunately…I have now had two bad experiences with the rather tired looking, slow, and ill-faced lady running the cash register and putting food in bags. I went yesterday, ordered a simple whopper meal and yet somehow they completely missed my order and the manager had to come over and serve me as I had already been waiting a while for my food. Ok, no biggie, it happens. Well….I just went there again today and THE SAME THING HAPPENED. My order was skipped again after waiting 10 minutes and again the manager had to come serve my food. It’s just abysmal that this happened twice in a row in quick succession to the point where it *almost* felt intentional. If, God forbid, that were the case, then I don’t know what I did to receive this kind of service. All I got was a long stare from the cash register lady when she got called out for her mistake followed by a lackluster “sorry”. Good food, but I’m honestly doubting that I will return anytime in the near future. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth.
