This is a mall location that looked clean and organized. My kids like the chicken tenders and the fries were soft on the inside and slightly crisp on the outside. They get soggy fast though so be careful of you want to take out. Drink cups were shorter and wider than most fast food. Wrap was tasty. Ketchup was self serve via pump container. Drink refills ($0.56 each) and signature sauces cost extra.

I firmly believe the chain is on its way out. How the mighty have fallen, since I remember coming here all the time with my friends after school like it was part of the routine and a 4 piece was big enough to feed everyone but their prices kept steadily rising over the years and they got stingier with the sauces till they adopted the Chipotle vinaigrette approach. Yeah, no. I’m no longer a customer after today. This breaks my heart.

The lady that takes the order is so rude. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, and they just gave me the sandwich. I told the lady that I was missing the fries. She was telling me that she did give me the fries and got mad as if I wanted to steal fries. I spend more than $30 for me to steal fries. I just left because I was frustrated. They can keep my money and the fries.

The spicy sauce is everything. I love their chicken tenders they are nice, moist, and crispy. The fries are really good crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have two sauces and both are great. The texas toast is super delicious. Recommend this place for their great and amazing food.

Customer service was good. Friendly staff, the fries were delicious however I ordered a Fried chicken BLT wrap and it was pretty soggy. It had too much dressing. Also, the lettuce, romaine, was a bit underwhelming since some were wilted. I had ordered this wrap before from this establishment and was happy with my experience then just wish it could of been consistent.
