This use to be one of my favorite locations. But last few months the quality has gone down. My coffee is never made the way I ask for it and the donuts are hard as rocks and definitely not fresh. There are a lot of newbies some good and some who are not so good. I hope it starts to change. Don’t want to start going to one on blanco. Especially make better donuts and do not even give out staled donuts to a customer

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered a iced coffee, cream and sugar, and instead of vanilla, I asked for the vanilla bean instead. They refused to do it. It’s in the same type of bottle. Same pumps. Yet they would not even consider it. I order this drink at every other Dunkin’ throughout the country and never have I had an issue with that. This Dunkin’ needs serious help. The manager told me she had worked for Dunkin 6 years and never heard of anyone wanting that and she would not ever do that for a customer. Never going there again

purchased two donuts and medium coffee. the donuts were cold, but tasted fine, fresh. my coffee wasn’t set enough and I had to ask for napkins. the worker was somewhat pleasant but only reactively not initiating a greeting, etc. the line was exceptionally long and seemed to move slowly. I wish this location would return to accepting mobile ordering. typically, a better experience here, so I plan on returning in the future.

Not once but twice…made an order online to pick up, tons of cars. Okay no big deal. Then maybe I was three cars away when a gentleman walked up to the drive thru station. Sign said “sorry due to short staffing we’re closed”. Again I’m not mad but I was going to see if I can get a refund on my order since I used the app. A good while of silence. No response. Thought maybe I should call? Dialed it and within 2 rings it hangs up. Lovely. So this actually happened to me before, I wasn’t going to comment on it but twice? So in total I lost about $7.02 today and the time before which was a while back $14.18. I don’t get how we’re supposed to get refunds or anything from this place….
