It was ok..some staff members smiled and was nice. Food was OK, fries always have to take back to get fresh fries. Need to clean more and fix whatever is leaking by the door near drive through.

Service was great. Food at this location was much lower quality than the location in Fountain Inn. The fried chicken was dry and overcooked, Bo’rounds were not cooked all the way(not crispy on the outside, cool and wet in the middle), husbands sandwich was in a pouch, not the regular box it’s supposed to be in and he nearly dropped it trying to get it out while driving. Location matters and this one was not a very pleasant eating experience for us

Paid$40 for a family box. Drove home, 10 minutes away. Open the box chicken cold, and dried out as if it had been sitting for hours. Went to the store and cooked a meal. TOTAL WASTE!!!! Go somewhere else. The sweet lil girl that took my order was the only positive here.

I visited this location 4 months ago, approximately April 9, 2021. I was given items wrapped in apparently what is considered a non microwavable/flammable wrapper. I did not eat the biscuit during the morning after purchase but proceeded to reheat it later. I placed the biscuit in original wrapping (seemingly a waxed material-plain white, no logo) in microwave in the wrapper from which it was given. I set the timer for 20 seconds and began to walk away. As I stepped away, I noticed flames inside of the microwave. The wrapper, bag- all was Ablaze. I don’t feel that I made a bad choice but rather was given an unsafe material for microwaving-there was no warning label marked as unsafe. I called corporate in Charlotte to express my concern. It’s now been four months. No corporate response, no local response. My appliance is damaged! Other than timing, I’ve had no problems with service. I’ve kept all remaining contents for processing. Like, share, Beware!

Fish was cold, bun was hard, the cheese wasn’t melted and no tarter sauce, you could tell the sandwich sat around for awhile. The fries were ice cold and hard, again, sat around for awhile. After taking a few bits, we stopped at Arby’s for their fish sandwich and threw away Bojangles, what a waste of $20.00. Will NEVER go back for any food.
