Was visiting vegas & before my trip saw this as a hidden gem on YouTube so I decided to try it and it didn’t disappoint, The service was great in this small family owned restaurant. The scallion pancakes w/ the citrus soy dip was so good mad that I didn’t get seconds to take home, it was light and crispy. The Dan Dan noodles were delicious & even great the next day. Finally the lou ru fan & Vietnamese iced coffee I wanted to order the whole menu, everything was worth the trip away from the strip. Get there early‼️

Simply incredible. My Grandmother would have been inspired by Sheridan Su’s Grandmother. And vice versa

You don’t understand chicken rice until you eat at Every Grain. The roast chicken skin is crispy, crunchy, thin, and bursting with perfectly seasoned flavor. It comes with a side of bright sierra orange sambal (mild chili sauce) and incredibly fragrant scallion oil sauce.

I give the food a 10/10, but avoid this place at all costs during peak hours. From the time we arrived it took literally 55 minutes to get served our drinks. We were also asked to move from our table because other patrons who arrived at the same time as us had a reservation…. So ultimately, the service was disappointing, but WOW the food made up for it.

An enjoyable meal featuring a fusion approach to Asian flavors, where dishes cross over multiple Asian countries including China and Korea while blending in American comfort. The restaurant also features a tea preparation event for those ordering tea. One drawback is food service is fairly slow and dishes may require long waits between each dish.

Not your typical lu rou rice (marinated pork on rice) restaurant. The pork chop on lu rou rice wad good. The pork chop was not over oily and side dishes were fresh and lightly yet well-seasoned. Restaurant served purple steam rice, which I found not going well with the marinated pork but it is not a deal breaker.

Every Grain is the newest spot from Chef Sheridan Su and his wife, Jenny Wong. Already having earned two James Beard nominations (basically the Oscars of cooking), Chef Su and his partner-in-dine are the team behind Fat Choy at the Eureka Casino and Flock and Fowl downtown. Every Grain is another winner with the focus of the menu being Lu Rou Fan, a bowl of Taiwanese comfort food. The dish features Every Grain rice with four types of rice: black, brown, jasmine, and sweet glutinous, plus braised minced pork, fried shallots, pickles, and a soy egg: tasty! You can add more to this dish in the form of a crispy skin spring chicken, a fried marinated pork chop, tofu, an egg, and/or Chinese sausage. The menu for soft opening also has Dan Dan noodles and Sesame noodles. Beverages include Vietnamese Iced Coffee, Spanish Iced Coffee, agua fresca, matcha iced tea, and hot tea service featuring teas from local tea purveyor, Tealet.
