BAIT & SWITCH. GAS PRICES LIE! I just stopped at this location for gas, as it was listed as $2.99/gallon on their sign out front, as well as the owner posting it on GasBuddy less than 45 minutes prior. The sign out front shows Super Unleaded as $2.99/gal and E-85 as $3.09/gal. However, the pump says the opposite (Super Unleaded at $3.09/gal). This is the second time in the last three weeks this has happened to me at this same gas station. I went inside this time to ask, and one of the employees said “Oh I’m not sure we must have forgot to update the sign” and walked away. The other employee didn’t really say anything and just shrugged. Neither employee offered to honor the price on the sign or do anything to make it right. I told them this is the second time this has happened in less than three weeks and I would take my business somewhere else as this is unethical and shady. Not to mention time before I was at this station it was filthy inside, they were completely out of soft drink cups, and the line to check out was at least 10 people long. Unfortunately this is the closest gas station to my house, but I’ll be making an extra drive to avoid it from now on. Sad because this used to be a nice location.
