I will NEVER order from here again. Not only was the pepperoni burnt and basically inedible but they up charged me at delivery. The chicken was fresh. I asked for it to be well done. It wasn’t. The chicken had so much gristle, and it lacked meat. I don’t eat raw chicken. I guess this the new trend mix the meat and process it. Gristle and all. What a waste. Restaurant was clean, it wasn’t busy, and customer service was good. Excellent parking. Vegetarian pizzas.

They are becoming more consistent lately making delicious pies. They are shifty tho, charging a 5.00$ delivery fee (it is not shared with delivery persons I’ve been told) you tip the delivery separate. That type of policy is what keeps me from using Jets like I used to. Delivery seems faster recently.

Ordered food at 930 pm on a Thursday July 3rd 2023. Called an hour and half later and was told my order left a half hour ago. When order was placed we were asked if we were going to tip! Stupid thing is I live less than a qtr mile from this location. I used to order from here all the time years ago and stopped due to new management that had no clue. I see some things never change. Been almost 7 years since I’ve ordered from here because of things like this. And for carry out forget it. It’s a zoo. Everyone looks bothered to be there and doesn’t care. Money being handled with no gloves then good being handled. This is the worst jets in metro Detroit and I will never give my business to them again.
