I went to this one after such a bad experience at the one located on s.hairiston. this is 3/23/23. I just picked up around 8:30. Jailyn(hope I spelled your name right) and the rest of that crew are on point and very hospitable. I came thru window pickup. My pizza was ready, warm, cooked to perfection. I waited less than 2 minutes and that was only for them to verify order and they actually told me with a smile. Thumbs up to she the cooks and the shift management. I just moved Eastside and I will be returning.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza lovers pizza on DoorDash. Never got my sauce in order. Bread sticks were good though. Also I ordered pan crust and got tossed and pizza wasn’t all the way done. Looked like a regular pepperoni pizza. Tried calling the store but no answer. Definitely wasn’t worth the money.

I am absolutely disgusted by the order I had delivered today. What irritates me more is I actually tipped the driver!!! So I had pizza delivered to my sister because she just had surgery and I was leaving work. The pizza was delivered and the pictures are what the order looked like! The driver opened my pizza and helped herself to my food!!! One thing about it, I’ll feed you if you’re hungry so all she had to do was ask. Seriously wish I can get my tip back! The only saving grace here is the manager on duty, she rectified the situation after I provided proof of the tampered box. I hope there’s consequences for this employee! You don’t take it upon yourself to help yourself to somebody’s else food! I will certainly not be ordering from here again and strongly advise against anyone else ordering

Never come to this Pizza Hut I repeat never come to this Pizza Hut they are so slow it’s like 50 people working in a Back but it takes over an hour to get 2 medium pizzas!!! Let me add some clarification because I know some of you may think a hour is not that long. If I was told when I called the Pizza Inn that it was going to be an hour before it get ready that would be fine but I was told at 715 when I call that my pizza will be ready in 25 minutes I arrive there at 745 Pay for my pizza and patiently waited since they said it wasn’t ready yet. No big deal, at 8 o’clock I calmly asked is my pizza ready yet? It should have been ready a while ago. I was told no. At 8:10 I asked what’s going on because my pick up number was 5o something and they are now on pick up 68. Also I only had two pizzas nothing special, By this time no one knows what’s going on and they are still asking me what did I order what did I order.SMH. Finally a manager of some sort I think came out to help with the situation and went back there and came out with my pizza. Seems to be a lot of employees but no sense of urgency at all. Sorry for the long post but I wanted to explain the entire situation

Ordered online for delivery and it was the WORST, the absolute WORST experience. I called the location and they would answer only to say hold. What I did get was not good. When I finally did get someone one the line and told them I was missing a large part of my order they just said I’ll transfer you. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE OR COME HERE. Ordered the big box deal with some extra stuff which you guys forgot to add my wings which was also trash anyways. You guys made Little Cesar’s look good and that’s bad cause they’re ain’t the end and barely that of the totem pole. I don’t know if it was this location or who the people on the shift was but it was terrible and your blacklisted and I will not recommend nobody that I know or don’t know to this location ever. I was more better off going to Marco’s, Papa John’s or even Dominoes. A waste of money never again

0 Stars if possible. They leave the phones off all day claiming to be busy. When you walk in to show them your ruined order its empty. Cooks and employees are having inappropriate conversations and screaming through the tiny restaurant. They are rude, unprofessional, and a disgrace to the pizza hut brand. My order has been cancelled, messed up, and ignored 3 times from this place. never again.
