The employees are always quick to ask how you are doing and how they can help you. Employees are nearly dressed and keep their clothes clean (a miracle when working in food!). Every food item I have tried from here has been wonderful, but the spinach and tomato pizza has to be my favorite. They also have the best garlic butter around!

Don’t offer to sell whole pizzas if your employees don’t want to make whole pizzas. Not a single person waiting in line and I have to wait for them to finish prepping other hot food before they’ll make my pizza. I was given a 20 to 30 minute wait time. It should not take 20 to 30 minutes for one large pizza when you don’t have any other orders. I’m a paying customer, standing here now, put food prep aside and make my damn food.

One of the crew members pushed my side salad down with her hands. I politely told her I didn’t want the salad and she should be wearing gloves if she’s touching food. Brought it to the attention of Area Manager DANA. She was rude, rolled her eyes, and acted like it wasn’t an issue, stating that crew members on the salad bar don’t have to wear gloves. I said, But she is actually touching the leaves…. Nasty. Dana finally pulled the salad out to be replaced after arguing with me for 5 minutes. Contacting the Health Department and Sbarro Headquarters.

For a chain pizza joint, Sbarro’s is consistently the best NYStyle pizza on the market. I’ve had them in airports and malls alike, and not been disappointed once. Sunday after Christmas left us with no good pizza places open locally, so we decided to order a whole pie from the mall. Paired with the Mike’s hot honey, it was delicious. Quick (it was ready in less than 15 mins) and the service was friendly. Best of all it was surprisingly affordable; less than $15 for a large pie.
