Pulled up at 1:57 pm and ordered food and realized the happy hour starts at 2 pm. Asked for an order of onion rings at the happy hour price and they told me it wasn’t 2 o’clock! Told them to keep the rings and she gladly canceled them without hesitation or concern for making a customer happy or repeat business. Recieved my food at 2:07 pm which means she could have given me the happy hour price. Thoughtful customer service is hard to find these days. I blame management/ ownership for failing to properly train employees.

I wanted to get me and my family root beer floats so I went to A & W but they had their machine down. So I went to Sonic and ask them if they could make floats and they said of course. Probably the best tasting root beer float I’ve ever had from anywhere. Only took about 6 minutes to get three large and one medium. Great customer service
