Came here with friends to get fries, few people came after us and got food before us. Honestly bad service, all we ordered was fries took them 15-20 minutes to get our fries. The soda here tastes like medicine and nothing like Coca-Cola. No salt on fires, and no kecttup.

VERY nasty. The staff is extremely unorganized and man taking orders is rude. We ordered the cheesesteak, two slices of cheese pizza and two orders of fries. The cheese fries tasted like they were purchased from Walmart and a slice of the cheapest American cheese you can buy was plopped on them then thrown in the microwave. The bread for the cheesesteak was crusty and not fresh whatsoever. We kept having to go up there because they forgot multiple drinks. This establishment is dirty!

Pretty pricey for a pizza place (cheese is $2.75, anything else $4-5 per slice) but that wasn’t my main issue. Food was decent. But I was shopping with my brothers and bought myself & them each something here. We really only drink water so after we paid we asked if we could have cups of water. The young man began to fill them up for us until another man, the owner I believe, told him he only give us one cup. I just think that’s weird and rude. I’d understand if we came in just asking for water but we spent almost $20 here. Also, none of the employees smiled the whole time we were in this place. So. There are much better food options in the mall, I recommend taking advantage of those.

We would give more than 5 stars if we had the option. There is no better pizza and pizza crust than at Ray’s. we love it and we go there every time we are at the Berkshire Mall.

I Don’t think I’ve had a better Buffalo Stuffed pizza ever…. and when I’m not going BIG hands down the Plain cheese with a little extra Crisp is hands down NYC style Pizza at its best in Berks County…. I eat here on the regular ( over 10yrs ) and they have never disappointing me…

As someone of part Italian-American heritage and born and raised in New Jersey, I have high standards and I’m weary about getting pizza this far from home, especially at the mall food court. I was very pleasantly surprised. If you walked into any pizza shop in New York, you’d be hard-pressed to find better pizza. I’m confident that the one person that left one star instead of five misunderstood how this works and was simply trying to say that Ray’s 1 Pizza is in fact Number One.
