Friday December 2, 2022. I placed a larger order. I have a issue when companies raise their prices and have the same bad service. The wings are extra small and you are charging for full price wings. The catfish was cooked to hard, and tilapia wasn’t fully cooked. The fries were not fresh nor did they have potatoes in them they were hollow. Everyone that placed their order was very unsatisfied. I ordered catfish nuggets from them before and it was hard then. So I decided to give them another try and I was disappointed once again. The only thing that was half way decent was the gyro and the sunkist strawberry lemonade. This will be the last time I will be ordering from this establishment.

First off I am on a tight eating schedule so when I want to splurge a lil I want to eat good fried fish! I asked for this to be fried soft and the non English understanding employees fried this as hard as they could, I’m afraid to eat this with this white stuff on it. I tried but this is DISGUSTING!! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OTHER STAFF? TODAY IS JAN 18TH 630P THESE STAFF ON THIS SHIFT NEED TO GO HOME! Even the fries are over cooked and taste like they were re cooked, this will be going back to them!!

My experience was nice. The people were friendly and explained my food choices. I ordered their tenders because I was told they have good tenders. They were good. I liked their mild sauce. It is pricey. I got 6 pieces for $11 (rounding up).

If i could give a negative stars I would went today 5/2/2023 the person at the first counter was very very rude. Was rush me for my order and i told him hold on let me finish talking. He stated that he don’t have to listen to me and he has been there since he was 14yrs old and that he is the owner. My food was made incorrectly due to him having an attitude. These young pet will ruin your business!!!

Ordered a normal portion of food from this establishment and when I got home noticed I was missing the lemon pepper and hot sauce called in about it that very same moment was told that I would receive double the amount to make up for it next visit. I came in today and let them know I was coming to reclaim that “credit” just to be told no we can’t do that because you didn’t bring the food back. I told them I was asked if I could and told them I could not at the moment. But afterwards was told I would still be reimbursed with more chicken next visit.
